… When we began our search for a second home on the North Fork of Long Island, the one thing we decided we would not want to do again was to build a new construction home again with all the associated problems and tension.

As soon as we met with Robert Criscito, that idea left us. We were impressed with Robert and had an instant connection with him. Robert cares and is genuine about the quality of the work and construction materials used ,taking pride in every custom home he builds and it shows.

He listened to our ideas, concerns and needs throughout the construction process. The building process from beginning to end has been smooth and more importantly without incident .
